This example is a 1st and 3rd class composite coach, number 5. This had 6 compartments, the centre two being for first class passengers. On the prototype, this coach would have run in this condition until the grouping in 1923, when the Southern Railway took over the line.

The model is supplied ready to run, complete with Peco's OO-9 coupler (fiited into its NEM pocket) and separately-fitted vacuum brake pipes.
