If above baseboard fitting is essential (e.g. to avoid baseboard framework), the Peco Turnout Motor can be mounted either side of the turnout, using this adaptor base. It can then be conveniently disguised, on OO/HO layouts, by covering with a Platelayer's Hut, LK4, or some other structure.
An extension arm is also included.
